Bellevue Hill, Swan By Bellevue

Swan By Bellevue consisted of a knock down (Demolition) of two homes on two different blocks of land. It eventuated into the construction of 13 Luxurious units. Through the use of concrete and Dincel for the core construction, combined with the façade of the building clad with a combination of Barestone Cemintel and Prodema Nux. The project took a total of 12 months from start to finish.

Text-top - Only a short walk down to Clovelly Beach this project will include the construction of 4 three-bedroom units each stacked on top of each other. The lift from the basement car park will service all 4 apartments. This project will be constructed throughout 2019 – 2020.

Bona Vista, Maroubra

Text-top - Bona Vista, Maroubra is ear marked to start works in January/ February of 2020. The project includes the construction of 10 units within walking distance of Maroubra Beach. The complex will include a basement car park, a lift servicing all units. We look forward to bringing you more on the project as construction commences.
