Text-top - This consisted of a knockdown to the existing residence to establish the brand new construction of a three-level high end residential home, with an in-ground swimming pool to the rear of the property. Extensive ground works to the property inclusive of excavation works, isolated piering, contiguous pile walls, concrete (slab on ground) and shotcrete to create the underground structure of the basement. All of this topped off with an in ground swimming pools and sweeping views over Double Bay and Bondi.
Text-top - Brighton Blvd, Bondi consisted of 8 residential units on a short walk away from Bondi Beach. In this project we incorporated an attic conversion to the roof to create larger floor areas for the top 4 apartments all constructed whilst leaving the existing roof structure and roof tiling in place. 2 of the units to the apartment complex on the ground floor we excavated the rear of the property, through the use of underpinning the exterior brick walls and propping the internal floors.
Text-top - Bennett Street, Bondi was a renovation of the existing building with the addition of a steel framed structure to create 4 large balconies to the front of the building. The property received extensive renovations through newly rendered walls internal and external, plasterboard ceilings, new carpet throughout the building, new windows and doors, new lighting and electrical wiring, new bathrooms and hydraulics through the building and a fresh coat of paint to the entire building.
Text-top - Brand new 4-storey development in Newtown, consisting of 11 units and 2 penthouse apartments to the top floor. Consisting of the knock down to an existing warehouse to create a level platform to construct what will be a unique and on of a kind new apartment complex set minutes away from the heart of Newtown.
Text-top - Renovation of an existing heritage house in Waverley and a 3-storey addition with the bottom level excavated to sit underground. With the addition of a car stacker to the front of the property to create off-street parking. Brand new finishes throughout the building will combine to create a unique high end residential home that will incorporate a heritage house with a modern and elegant feel.
Text-top - Containing 4 units, that later became 7 units and the construction of 4 brand new double storey townhouses that sat above the car park to the complex with the construction of a suspended slab on concrete columns. With the renovation of the existing heritage building through re-pointing of the external walls, new landscaping, restoring the stone fence work and new internal finishes combined with the addition of the 4 brand new townhouses with modern finishes this project came together to win the HIA award for the apartment complex of the year ($5 million and under 10 stories) and apartment of the year 2015.
Text-top - Avoca Street, Randwick is the largest project that B&M has undertaken. An existing Double brick and timber dilapidated building was on the property prior to the commencement of building works. This was turned into a 19 apartment complex with the addition of a fourth floor to the top of the building and 4 townhouses that was constructed from new on either side of the existing structure. Combined with 3 car stackers and newly established landscaping this combined to be an amazing complex.
Text-top - Oakley Rd, Bondi was an extremely dilapidated building that had a complete make over to the entire property through the renovation of the 6 existing units. With a brand new rendering to the front façade and landscaping to the entire property this property turned out to be a great success and gave an old building new life.
Text-top - Sydney Telegraph – ‘A Boutique Blockbuster’ Victoria Ave, Chatswood consisted of 4 units prior to commencing the works to the property. The roof of the existing building was removed to add two penthouse apartments to the top of the building. The entire complex had an overhaul to create a unique modern living environment. With steel framed balconies to allow all units’ access to a large balcony setting. Two-car stacker was installed to the rear of the property to create off street parking for the residents.
