The roof of the existing building was removed to add two penthouse apartments to the top of the building. The entire complex had an overhaul to create a unique modern living environment. With steel framed balconies to allow all units’ access to a large balcony setting. Two-car stacker was installed to the rear of the property to create off street parking for the residents.
Text-top - Oakley Rd, Bondi was an extremely dilapidated building that had a complete make over to the entire property through the renovation of the 6 existing units. With a brand new rendering to the front façade and landscaping to the entire property this property turned out to be a great success and gave an old building new life.
Text-top - Avoca Street, Randwick is the largest project that B&M has undertaken. An existing Double brick and timber dilapidated building was on the property prior to the commencement of building works. This was turned into a 19 apartment complex with the addition of a fourth floor to the top of the building and 4 townhouses that was constructed from new on either side of the existing structure. Combined with 3 car stackers and newly established landscaping this combined to be an amazing complex.
